Applications for the 2026/27 academic year will open on 30th March 2026 after 10am.
If you have a York St John Student ID number, you can register below and make an account. Please do not submit an application before the 30th March 2026 as you will apply for the wrong academic year (2025/26) which is currently visible.
The Accommodation Team will be contactable when applications open. Please be aware we are a small team so there will be a wait as we will be receiving high volume of calls. You can call us on 01904 876 660 or email us at accommodation@yorksj.ac.uk. Due to GDPR, we will require the applicant to be on the phone if you do call us. We are unable to speak to 3rd parties about an appliant's account without them being present.
For students who need accommodation for the remainder of the current academic year (2025/26), please email the team at accommodation@yorksj.ac.uk.
